Day 1 Departure Port – Hong Kong, China
Time at leisure in Hong Kong. Be blown away by the exhilaration of Hong Kong and its fascinating mix of East and West. Shop for silk, jade, souvenirs, fashions and high end goods in the markets and malls or take the funicular to the Peak for some spectacular views. Ride the historic Star Ferry from Hong Kong Island to Kowloon or experience a thrilling cable car ride to the impressive Big Buddha and the tranquil Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island. In the afternoon, proceed to Hong Kong cruise terminal to board your ship which departs Hong Kong at 17:00.

Day 2 At Sea
Sit back, kick off your shoes and put your feet up during our ‘at sea’ days, where you can chill in the bar, lounge by the pool or enjoy a relaxing beauty treatment in the spa. For simple pleasures, why not try a game of table tennis? Or if you’re feeling energetic, now’s the chance to explore all the amazing activities the ship has to offer, from spectacular, West-End-style entertainment to adrenalin-charged sports.

Day 3 Hue/Danang (Chan May), Vietnam
Hang out at beautiful China Beach, where American soldiers used to go for rest and recreation during the Vietnam War. Discover the delicious street food in downtown Da Nang or the wonders of Hue, on the Perfume River, the former seat of the Nguyen Dynasty. Its 19th century Citadel protected the Imperial City, with its opulent palaces and shrines, including the Forbidden Purple City, once the home of emperors.

Day 4 Nha Trang (Cam Ranh) – Vietnam
Snorkelling is supreme in this stunning seaside resort, famed for its long crescent bay dotted with tropical islands, turquoise seas and a backdrop of beautiful peaks. Tour the seafront promenade, explore the sculpture parks and scenic gardens, or try a revitalising spa treatment. Try Nha Trang’s delicious seafood, or if you’re adventurous, its swallow’s nest soup is considered the best in Vietnam.

Ovation of the Seas

The maiden voyage of Ovation of the Seas was in April 2016.  The ship is 136 feet wide and 1138 feet long with maximum capacity for 4095 guests and 1500 crew.  There are 20 dining options on board (some available at a supplement) as well as bars and shops.  For the adventurous there is a rock climbing wall, Flow Rider surf simulator and Ripcord – the first skydiving experience at sea.  The indoor swimming pool has a retractable roof and there are four whirlpools. There is a fitness centre, vitality spa and entertainment options including a theatre and casino. Comfortable accommodation is offered in a range of cabins, including Interior Staterooms, Ocean View Staterooms, Balcony Staterooms and a selection of Suites.  One of the highlights of the ship is the North Star – a jewel-shaped capsule that gently ascends over 300 feet above sea level, offering breath-taking 360 degree views.
