Visas for Indochina are not included in the cost of your tour.
New Vietnam E-visa has been issued to allow foreigner’s entries within 30 days. British passport holders can enter Vietnam for up to 15 days without a visa for travel up to 30 June 2017. Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months at the date of entry. You require a visa to enter Vietnam for periods of 15 days and longer, for double or multiple entries or arriving after 30 June 2017 (subject to change). We can assist with visa applications through our in-house service. For UK passport holders a tourist visa can be obtained from the Vietnamese Embassy in London. For other nationalities, please check with the Embassy directly for up to date information. For double entry, the first entry (if less than 15 days) will be covered under the exemption scheme, whilst a visa will need to be applied for the second entry. This can be applied for before travel at the Vietnamese Embassy in London, or on arrival in Vietnam with an approval letter (supplied by us in advance) and a fee of USD25 in cash.
UK passport holders require a visa for Cambodia. This can be obtained upon arrival at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap airports at a cost of USD35 in cash. A visa form can be obtained on your arrival flight, or on arrival at the airport. You will need one passport photograph to accompany your application. Alternatively, a tourist visa can be issued electronically by visiting www.mfaic.gov.kh and making an online application and payment of USD25 by credit card. This will be a 30-day visa and will be valid only for arrival at Phnom Penh or Siem Reap international airports.
If you are taking a Mekong River cruise (e.g Pandaw Cruises), you will need to apply for your Cambodian visa on arrival at the River border crossing, as any visa obtained in advance will not be valid at this border crossing.
Visas for Laos are obtained upon arrival at a cost of USD35 cash, with one passport photo. There is no consulate for Laos in the UK, so the Lao visa cannot be obtained in advance.
Please note visa policies and fees are subject to change.
